HOW  I  WORK

Working with my clients remotely or in person, I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

Let’s define what you value most from your well-being. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. Together we’ll co-create your health goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working toward.

Bringing it All Together

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to be heard and explore their deepest, triggers, shames and shadows as well as their ultimate wellness goals with a trained professional. We will meet twice a month for six months. Twelve, 50 minute Sessions will be scheduled in advance. During these health coaching sessions we design a new way of being that enables you to achieve your goals and help manifest your potential.

Two of the many areas we will work together in are Primary Foods and Secondary Foods. Primary Foods are all areas our your lives that do not deal with food intake like, relationships, career, home environment, exercise, home cooking, spirituality and how we over all care for ourselves.

Secondary Foods include our entire food, beverage and air intake. We look at every aspect of your food intake. Weather it is weight loss you are after or just wanting to feel better in your body, everything will be looked at thoroughly.

Together we will:

  • Create a clear pathway between who you are and are now and who you want to be in the future
  • Re-format and re-program your personal blueprint
  • Decipher your body’s unique needs
  • Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change

How we work together:

12 Session six month package includes:

  • Two personalized 50 minute sessions per month
  • Email support between sessions
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts and exercises specific to your needs
  • Monthly goals and growth tracking

One time personal health coaching sessions:
